Our Return Policy

You may return most items sold by RVSquared.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

· Any electrical or gas item that has been plugged in or installed.

· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

· Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Additional terms include:

· All items must be returned in the complete undamaged packaging.

· A 20% restocking fee applies to all items. (unless it is a result of our error)

· All returns must be accompanied by original invoice and description of why product is being returned.

A Return Merchandize Authorization must be obtained before returning any item. To request a Return Merchandize Authorization, email us at info@rvsquared.com

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it enters the shipping process. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 574-377-5000. Please note, we try our best to provide you with the quickest service possible. Once your order has entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel it. You may, of course, return any part to us as per our Return Policy, as stated above.
